Claiming a prize - Network bingo
UPDATE TO THE CLAIMS PROCEDURE
If your prize amounts to $3,000 or less, you can claim it at the hall, or mail your bingo card and the prize claim form you were given at the hall.
If your prize amounts to more than $3,000 but less than $10,000, you can mail your bingo card and the prize claim form you were given at the hall.
If your prize amounts to $10,000 or more, we ask that you keep your bingo card in a safe place and call one of our Claims Office in Montréal or Québec City (1-866-611-5686, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m). Prize claim offices at Québec gaming halls are to remain closed until further notice.
You won at network bingo?
Congratulations! Here’s how to claim your prize.
To claim your prize , you can either mail or bring the winning ticket and the claim form that you were given at the bingo hall to the Société des établissements de jeux du Québec (SEJQ) within ninety (90) days of receiving confirmation that your ticket is a winning ticket.
No matter how you claim your prize, you must provide the completed form, a piece of ID (or mailed photocopy) and the original confirmed winning ticket. Be sure to complete the back of the ticket.
For prizes under $10,000
In person: Claim your prize in person at the Claims Office in Montréal or Québec City, or at a Québec gaming hall.
By mail: Send your claim to the SEJQ’s head office. The cheque will be made out to the person who endorses the winning ticket and will be sent to the address indicated on the back.
For prizes of $10,000 or more
In person: You must claim your prize in person at the Claims Office in Montréal or Québec City, or at a Québec gaming hall.
